The Bistrot Abstract – inspired by the painting “Nighthawks” (Edward Hopper)

The architecture and ambiance of the Bistrot Abstract are inspired by the spirit of American diners, reminiscent of the famous painting “Nighthawks” by Edward Hopper. This painting, made in 1942, depicts people sitting in a downtown diner late at night. It is considered Hopper’s most famous work and one of the most recognizable paintings in American art.
