Located in the 7th arrondissement of Lyon, this 11,000 m2 tertiary building benefits from a privileged urban location. The elegant facade multiplies the vertical metal sunshades which stretch its volume towards the sky. Facing the stadium, it is adorned with a double glazed skin to soften the transition between the large scale of the city and the more intimate scale of the offices it houses. Eklaa is made up of several volumes which wrap around a “U” shape around a patio where a magnolia stands, the living heart of the project.
